Olivier H. Jeannot

Olivier H. Jeannot is President of the Federal Information Technology Division of Tetra Tech.
Mr. Jeannot has more than 25 years of experience in program management for information technology (IT) modernization for the U.S. federal government, including specializing in ground and space-based navigation systems. During his years with Tetra Tech, Olivier has served in several operational and executive roles working with both private and public sectors, successfully implementing large and complex IT system and aviation platforms. He has led multidisciplinary teams that integrate emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), data analytics, and advanced cybersecurity solutions to solve complex federal government IT system modernization challenges to support civilian and defense agencies on their digital transformation journey.
Mr. Jeannot has been instrumental in the development and execution of Tetra Tech’s Federal IT strategy and the advancement of Tetra Tech’s internal research-and-development laboratory. The Tetra Tech Federal IT Innovation Lab was established as a technology incubation engine to facilitate prototyping and testing of new tools and technologies. Mr. Jeannot has led the integration of emerging technologies, such as our Auxilium AI-powered chatbot and our software as a service (SaaS) technology, our patented Volans 3D visualization tool, into Tetra Tech’s consulting practice.
Mr. Jeannot graduated from George Washington University School of Business and Public Management with a Master of Business Administration in Finance and International Business. He earned a master’s degree in Econometrics from the University of Montpellier School of Economics in Montpellier, France.
